Return and Replacement
At EXTRASPEX, we guarantee the quality of our eyeglasses and sunglasses. If you are not happy with your product, simply contact us for an exchange or a refund.
We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee which allows customers to make an equal exchange or return with no questions asked.
*No Refund will be given if the customer entered the prescription incorrectly. We strongly recommend customers who entered a prescription online to text a copy to 615-669-3998 after the order is submitted. We will be happy to verify all the information before production.
*If you entered the prescription incorrectly and did not send us the physical prescription for pre-production verification, we will be happy to remake the glasses with 50% of the cost, but there will be no refund or free exchange
Replacement Procedure
- Obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting our Customer Service at service@extraspex.com or via LiveChat
- Send your glasses back to us and provide our Customer Service with the Delivery Confirmation Number.
- Once we receive your returned item, you will either receive a replacement or receive a refund.
