Return and Replacement

At EXTRASPEX, we guarantee the quality of our eyeglasses and sunglasses. If you are not happy with your product, simply contact us for an exchange or a refund.

We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee which allows customers to make an equal exchange or return with no questions asked.

*No Refund will be given if the customer entered the prescription incorrectly. We strongly recommend customers who entered a prescription online to text a copy to 615-669-3998 after the order is submitted. We will be happy to verify all the information before production.

*If you entered the prescription incorrectly and did not send us the physical prescription for pre-production verification, we will be happy to remake the glasses with 50% of the cost, but there will be no refund or free exchange

Replacement Procedure

    1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting our Customer Service at service@extraspex.com or via LiveChat
    2. Send your glasses back to us and provide our Customer Service with the Delivery Confirmation Number.
    3. Once we receive your returned item, you will either receive a replacement or receive a refund.
